Cash on delivery
You will need to pay for the item when the delivery company delivers the item.
The total amount of the product and shipping fee plus the following COD fee will be the total payment amount.

After confirming your order, in the case of COD or credit settlement, we will ship within 2 to 10 days.
※If the shipping business stop due to weekends, holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays, we will inform you on the homepage each time.
※Due to product production, it may take more time.

Return deadline
We do not accept returns or exchanges for ordered products. Only defective products will be returned or exchanged.

Please contact our customer service within 7 days (including the arrival date) of the product arrival date.
You can contact us by using the special form on the inquiry page of this site  (reception hours: weekdays 11: 00-16: 00).
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the above deadline.

Please note that if any of the following cases apply, clothes (including some hats and belts) and shoes cannot be returned.
・Product that have been used and worn even once
・ Products that have become dirty or damaged at the customer's responsibility
・ Washed / cleaned products
・ If you cannot contact us within 7 days from the date of arrival
・ If the return is not confirmed within 7 days of receiving the return
・ Products with missing accessories such as purchase statements, tags, warranty cards, instruction manuals, etc.
Return shipping fee
If it is defective product, we will bear it. Please return to us by cash on delivery.
Defective products
Please contact us immediately after the product arrives. Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective.


If you want wrapping, please order GIFT wrapping with the product (¥500).
Please order GIFT Wrapping from "ITEM" → "GIFT" → "Wrapping".
Please note that we do not accept orders for gift wrapping only.
