This is the third collaboration between the two companies this year. This time, for the first time, the original textile drawn by CLOUDY's Ghanaian designer is expressed in traditional German chenille weave. A wide variety of items using chenille fabric, such as handkerchiefs and towels, which are staple items of Failer, as well as bags and pouches, are available.
The name of the textile is "dress up". The adinkra (African symbol mark representing proverbs and messages) with the theme of love and peace, and this pattern with a flower motif have the meaning of "enveloping with beautiful things". Available in two colors: yellow and light wine.
Part of the sales of this collaboration product will be donated to the certified NPO CLOUDY. The donations made in collaboration with the family-owned and loved brand "Failer" will be donated to Ghana's single mother workers, who usually work away from their children, once or twice a month in their hometowns. It will be used for the cost of returning home to see the children living there. We hope that this action will increase the smiles of parents and children as much as possible, and that it will be an opportunity for them to learn about the working environment of Ghanaian women and the current situation of parents and children.
